Job Description:

Promote the Vivo Garden Towers through site and showroom manning, social media and digital ad postings, company initiated exhibits and other effective/strategic promotional events and activities. Sources potential leads, qualified prospects, renders sales presentation, site tour, sales booking and after sales services.

Licensed Real Estate Brokers – ALLIED Classification

Qualifications:

With PRC and DHSUD license as Real Estate Broker
With a ready network of sellers, preferably residents of nearby Caloocan City
Experienced in condominium selling is an advantage

Job Description:

Builds up and manages a network of local sellers, with PRC license as salespersons. Initiates and implements strategic selling, marketing, promotional events and activities. Ensures the daily generation and does diligent monitoring of leads by the sellers. Provides assistance to sellers for swift conversion of leads to prospective clients and generate sales closings and bookings.

Qualifications:
